studiokurbos ist ein inhabergeführtes, unabhängiges Designstudio mit Standorten in Stuttgart und Shanghai.

Für unser Design-Team suchen wir erfahrene freiberufliche Interior Designer, die kreative Designideen und Styling-Entwürfe in hochwertige und überzeugende Interieur-Designkonzepte überführen. Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich an anspruchsvollen Projekten und setzen Designintentionen mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Proportion, Flächen, Formensprache, Materialien und Details um.

Die Position ist als freiberufliche, projektbezogene Zusammenarbeit angelegt und ab sofort zu besetzen. Der Einsatz kann je nach Projektanforderung flexibel gestaltet werden.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Interieur-Designkonzepten auf Basis von Designbriefings, Skizzen, 2D-Drawings und Styling-Vorgaben
  • Übersetzung von Designideen und Styling-Intentionen in hochwertige und überzeugende Interieur-Designlösungen
  • Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von Interieurformen, Innenraumkomponenten, Bedienelementen und Ausstattungsdetails
  • Ausarbeitung von Proportionen, Flächen, Formverläufen, Fugenbildern und Charakterlinien mit hohem Anspruch an Designqualität und Präzision
  • Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von Designvarianten entsprechend den jeweiligen Projektanforderungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Verfeinerung von Designkonzepten bis zu einem hohen gestalterischen Reifegrad
  • Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung von Designständen für Design Reviews, Präsentationen, Visualisierungen und weitere digitale Anwendungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Designern, CAS Modelern, Ingenieuren und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung komplexer Designaufgaben sowie zuverlässige Umsetzung von Projektzielen und Qualitätsstandards

IHR PROFIL

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Interieur Designer, idealerweise im Automotive- oder High-End-Produktdesign
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Interieur-Designkonzepten und Styling-Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in relevanten 2D- und 3D-Design-Softwarelösungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Design- und Visualisierungstools
  • Sicheres Übersetzen von Designbriefings, 2D-Skizzen und Styling-Vorgaben in hochwertige Interieur-Designkonzepte
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Design, Proportionen, Flächen, Formensprache, Materialien und Ästhetik
  • Sehr gutes Gespür für Details, Oberflächenqualität, Materialität und die gestalterische Umsetzung von Designintentionen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Designvarianten und der eigenständigen Weiterentwicklung von Designideen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Teamorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur projektbezogenen Zusammenarbeit auf Freelance-Basis
