La nostra divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale cerca un/a AUTOMATION ENGINEER per azienda cliente leader mondiale nella produzione di componenti destinati al settore della trasformazione energetica, con sede in provincia nord-ovest di Milano.

La risorsa sarà inserita nella divisione Lean Production, con l’obiettivo di supportare l’ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi attraverso soluzioni di automazione industriale. Riporterà al Senior Lean Production Specialist e si occuperà di:

  • Analizzare i processi produttivi e individuare opportunità di miglioramento, supportando la progettazione e l’implementazione di soluzioni di automazione industriale;
  • Collaborare allo sviluppo di soluzioni basate su PLC, HMI e sistemi SCADA, interfacciandosi con i fornitori e i team tecnici;
  • Supportare le attività di collaudo interno (FAT) e presso il cliente (SAT), nonché i test funzionali e il troubleshooting;
  • Redigere e aggiornare la documentazione tecnica;
  • Collaborare con i reparti di progettazione meccanica, elettrica e software;
  • Monitorare i principali KPI di efficienza degli impianti, quali OEE, downtime e MTBF.

COMPETENZE TECNICHE RICHIESTE:

  • Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi PLC (es: Siemens, Rockwell o equivalenti);
  • Conoscenza della programmazione HMI e sistemi SCADA;
  • Conoscenza di reti industriali (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus);
  • Capacità di lettura e progettazione di schemi elettrici;
  • Conoscenza della normativa relativa alla sicurezza delle macchine;
  • Nozioni di motion control, azionamenti e inverter.

REQUISITI:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica, Automazione, Meccatronica o equivalente;
  • Esperienza di circa 3 anni in ambito automazione industriale;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di progetti e/o nella collaborazione con team tecnici;
  • L'esperienza in contesti di Lean Manufacturing costituisce titolo preferenziale;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali ed internazionali.

Si prevede inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato, con un inquadramento al livello B1/C3 del CCNL Metalmeccanico e una RAL compresa tra 35.000 e 45.000 euro. Sono inoltre previsti benefit come premio aziendale, ristorante interno e ticket restaurant. Non è prevista possibilità di smart working.
