La nostra Divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale ricerca, per conto di un'importante realtà multinazionale in forte espansione, operante nel settore del noleggio di servizi per l'edilizia e industria , è alla ricerca di un Sales Specialist da inserire all'interno del team commerciale dedicato alla zona nord-est ( con aree di riferimento: Veneto, Trentino e Friuli-Venezia-Giulia )

La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un percorso di crescita strutturato, affiancando l'Area Manager e gestendo un portafoglio clienti già assegnato con l'obiettivo di svilupparlo e acquisire nuove opportunità di business.

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestire l'intero processo di vendita, dalla fase di acquisizione alla chiusura del contratto.
  • Sviluppare e fidelizzare il portafoglio clienti assegnato.
  • Individuare nuove opportunità commerciali attraverso attività di scouting sul territorio.
  • Pianificare visite commerciali presso clienti attivi e prospect.
  • Elaborare offerte commerciali, preventivi e documentazione contrattuale.
  • Collaborare con Customer Service, Logistica e Area Manager per garantire la corretta gestione degli ordini.
  • Monitorare il mercato e analizzare i competitor.
  • Aggiornare il CRM aziendale e predisporre la reportistica commerciale.
  • Gestire il post-vendita e mantenere relazioni continuative con i clienti.

Requisiti

  • Diploma di scuola superiore, preferibilmente ad indirizzo tecnico o economico.
  • Esperienza di circa 2-3 anni in ruoli commerciali.
  • Provenienza preferenziale dai settori: edilizia; construction; noleggio attrezzature; noleggio macchine da cantiere.
  • Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di vendita e della gestione della trattativa commerciale.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.
  • Familiarità con l'utilizzo di CRM.
  • Gradita una conoscenza base della lingua inglese o francese.

Sede di Lavoro: non è prevista una sede fisica di lavoro, ma il candidato/a potrà appoggiarsi alle sede fisiche più vicine alla sua residenza.

  • Piccata attitudine commerciale e orientamento allo sviluppo del business.
  • Proattività, autonomia e forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
