La nostra divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale cerca un/a CATEGORY BUYER per azienda cliente italiana operante nel settore delle soluzioni professionali per il cleaning, con un ampio portafoglio di prodotti destinati ad ambienti lavorativi, spazi pubblici e aree esterne.

La figura selezionata si occuperà dell'acquisto e della gestione di prodotti per l'igiene, la detergenza, la cura della persona e/o la gestione dei rifiuti nel settore B2B, integrando attività di sourcing, negoziazione e gestione strategica della categoria con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare assortimento, marginalità e performance del portafoglio prodotti.

Responsabilità:

  • Gestione e sviluppo del panel fornitori, incluse attività di scouting e individuazione di nuovi partner;
  • Conduzione di negoziazioni strategiche relative a prezzi, condizioni commerciali ed eventuali rebate;
  • Analisi delle logiche di pricing, marginalità e rotazione delle scorte;
  • Definizione dell'assortimento, del posizionamento dei prodotti e delle strategie di pricing, in collaborazione con il dipartimento Marketing;
  • Analisi del mercato, dei competitor e dei principali trend di settore per la definizione delle strategie di categoria;
  • Gestione del portafoglio prodotti lungo l'intero ciclo di vita, dal lancio all'ottimizzazione fino al phase-out;
  • Monitoraggio e analisi dei principali KPI di categoria, tra cui marginalità, sell-in, sell-out, mix di vendita e quote di mercato, al fine di individuare opportunità di crescita e miglioramento delle performance;
  • Collaborazione con i dipartimenti Sales, Marketing e Quality per la corretta identificazione e valorizzazione dei prodotti in termini di posizionamento, leve di vendita e certificazioni necessarie;
  • Supporto al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e commerciali della categoria.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia, Gestione Aziendale, Marketing o percorso formativo equivalente; costituisce elemento di interesse un Master in Supply Chain o Acquisti;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni maturata in ruoli di Category Management, Product Management o Buyer;
  • Preferibile provenienza dai settori detergenza, cosmesi, cleaning o ambiti affini;
  • Esperienza nella gestione e negoziazione con fornitori;
  • Conoscenza delle logiche di pricing, marginalità e gestione dell'assortimento;
  • Capacità di analisi dei dati di vendita e dei principali KPI di categoria;
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Capacità di lavorare in collaborazione con funzioni Sales, Marketing e Quality.

Si prevede inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato all'interno del CCNL Commercio, con inquadramento definito sulla base della seniority del candidato.

La RAL indicativa è compresa tra 38.000 e 45.000 euro, da definire in funzione dell'esperienza e delle competenze maturate. È inoltre previsto un eventuale sistema variabile, i cui dettagli saranno definiti in fase di inserimento.
