La nostra divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale cerca un/a EXPORT AREA MANAGER per azienda cliente leader nella progettazione e produzione di macchinari industriali per la lavorazione della carta e della plastica, con sede in provincia nord-ovest di Milano.

La figura riporterà al Direttore Commerciale e, attraverso un percorso di formazione tecnica e commerciale sui prodotti, assumerà progressivamente la responsabilità di un territorio internazionale, gestendo in autonomia lo sviluppo del business e delle relazioni con clienti e partner.

Sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale del territorio assegnato e si occuperà di:

  • Identificare e sviluppare nuovi clienti e nuovi mercati attraverso attività strutturata di prospecting e market scouting;
  • Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti esistente;
  • Organizzare visite commerciali e tecniche presso clienti e prospect;
  • Presentare macchinari, tecnologie e soluzioni a interlocutori tecnici, produttivi e manageriali;
  • Preparare e discutere offerte commerciali, gestendo anche trattative complesse;
  • Sviluppare rapporti di lungo periodo con clienti, agenti, distributori e partner locali;
  • Analizzare mercato e concorrenza per individuare nuove opportunità di sviluppo.

REQUISITI

  • Titolo di studio in ambito meccanico o tecnico;
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella vendita B2B di prodotti ad alto contenuto tecnologico;
  • Provenienza preferenziale dai settori converting, nastro adesivo, packaging flessibile, stampa o macchinari industriali;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua tra tedesco, spagnolo e francese rappresenta un importante plus;
  • Ottima conoscenza della suite di Microsoft Office;
  • Disponibilità a effettuare frequenti trasferte internazionali, anche di più giorni consecutivi;
  • Elevata autonomia organizzativa e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
  • Capacità di comprendere il processo produttivo e le esigenze del cliente per proporre una soluzione tecnologica coerente e sostenibile.

Si prevede inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato, con un inquadramento al livello Quadro del CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria e una RAL compresa tra 60.000 e 70.000 euro. Benefit: mensa aziendale e auto ad uso promiscuo.

Sede di lavoro: provincia nord-ovest di Milano.
