La nostra divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale ricerca un/a EXPORT AREA MANAGER - SETTORE FASHION per conto di un'azienda cliente operante nel settore Fashion & Luxury Retail, sita in provincia nord-ovest di Milano (limitrofo alla provincia di Varese).

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team commerciale, riportando direttamente all'Amministratore Delegato, e avrà il compito di sviluppare il business B2B nei mercati esteri (in particolare USA e Asia). Nello specifico si occuperà di:

  • Sviluppo e gestione del portafoglio clienti B2B;
  • Scouting e acquisizione di nuovi clienti e partner commerciali;
  • Gestione trattative e negoziazioni, predisposizione offerte e follow-up clienti;
  • Analisi di mercato e individuazione di nuove opportunità di business;
  • Collaborazione con i team back office, logistica ed e-commerce;
  • Monitoraggio vendite e KPI commerciali.

REQUISITI

  • Laurea in Economia, Marketing o titolo di studio equivalente;
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli commerciali B2B nel settore moda/abbigliamento;
  • Buona conoscenza delle dinamiche di vendita e sviluppo clienti;
  • Capacità di analisi dati/KPI;
  • Familiarità con ERP, preferibilmente Microsoft Business Central;
  • Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
  • Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese, sia scritto che orale. La conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un plus;
  • Soft skill: orientamento al risultato, relazioni e negoziazione, proattività, spirito imprenditoriale, autonomia, problem solving.

Si prevedere inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato, con un inquadramento al 1° livello del CCNL Commercio e una RAL compresa tra 50.000 e 55.000 euro, a seconda della seniority della risorsa.

Sede di lavoro: provincia nord-ovest di Milano (limitrofo a provincia di Varese).
