S.A. Studio Santagostino è società specializzata nella Consulenza e Sviluppo HR.

La nostra divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale ricerca, per conto di un'azienda cliente operante nel settore retail abbigliamento lusso sita in provincia di Milano Nord Ovest (limitrofo alla provincia di Varese), un/a Contabile con provenienza da contesti Retail / GDO da inserire all'interno del suo organico.

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’area amministrativa e si occuperà delle attività operative contabili dei punti vendita, collaborando quotidianamente con store manager e le funzioni interne.

Principali attività

La persona selezionata si occuperà in particolare di:

  • gestione della contabilità relativa ai punti vendita;
  • registrazione e controllo delle operazioni contabili;
  • controllo e registrazione degli incassi provenienti dai negozi (contanti, POS o altri sistemi di pagamento);
  • verifica e quadratura delle casse e monitoraggio dei corrispettivi;
  • registrazione e verifica delle fatture;
  • supporto alla contabilizzazione dei movimenti retail e della riconciliazione delle vendite;
  • collaborazione con ufficio amministrativo e controllo di gestione per attività di reportistica e analisi performance dei punti vendita.

Requisiti

Cerchiamo una persona con:

  • esperienza pregressa in ruoli amministrativi e contabili, con provenienza da contesti retail/gdo;
  • buona conoscenza dei principali processi di contabilità generale;
  • esperienza nella gestione di flussi di cassa, corrispettivi, incassi, quadrature e riconciliazioni;
  • dimestichezza con ERP aziendali (preferibile Microsoft Business Central)
  • buona conoscenza di Excel e dei principali strumenti informatici;
  • precisione, affidabilità e capacità organizzativa;
  • capacità di lavorare gestendo scadenze e volumi di attività.
