La nostra Divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale ricerca, per conto di un’importante realtà italiana operante nel settore chimico, un/una Line Production Specialist da inserire presso lo stabilimento di Lodi.

La persona, inserita all’interno del reparto produttivo e riportando direttamente al Capoturno, sarà responsabile della corretta conduzione della linea di produzione, intervenendo in autonomia nella gestione delle attività operative, dei cambi formato e delle eventuali anomalie.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Condurre e monitorare linee automatizzate di riempimento e confezionamento, assicurandone il corretto funzionamento e la continuità produttiva.
  • Gestire la linea nelle diverse fasi del processo, verificando il corretto funzionamento delle apparecchiature.
  • Intervenire in caso di fermi, anomalie o problematiche di processo, individuando e risolvendo le criticità di propria competenza.
  • Effettuare cambi formato, attrezzaggi e regolazioni della linea, assicurando il corretto riavvio della produzione.
  • Eseguire piccoli interventi e regolazioni sulle macchine finalizzati al mantenimento dell’efficienza della linea.
  • Effettuare i controlli previsti durante il processo produttivo, verificando il rispetto degli standard qualitativi.
  • Collaborare con il Capoturno e con le altre funzioni aziendali per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produzione.
  • Contribuire al mantenimento degli standard di ordine, pulizia e sicurezza del reparto.

Requisiti:

Cerchiamo una persona con esperienza nella conduzione di linee automatizzate, preferibilmente maturata all’interno di contesti produttivi strutturati e caratterizzati da elevati livelli di automazione e complessità impiantistica.

È richiesta esperienza concreta in:

  • riempimento e confezionamento;
  • conduzione e monitoraggio di linee automatiche;
  • cambio formato, attrezzaggio e regolazione delle macchine;
  • gestione delle anomalie e dei fermi linea;
  • piccoli interventi e regolazioni sulle apparecchiature;
  • controllo qualità durante il processo produttivo.

È importante aver maturato esperienza in contesti nei quali l’operatore è coinvolto attivamente nella gestione e nel controllo della linea, nella risoluzione delle problematiche operative e nei cambi formato, e non si limita al semplice presidio della macchina.

Costituirà requisito preferenziale la provenienza dai settori cosmetico, farmaceutico/medicale o automotive. Saranno comunque valutati positivamente candidati provenienti da realtà industriali caratterizzate da elevati volumi produttivi, processi strutturati e forte automazione.

Completano il profilo:

  • Buona capacità di analisi e individuazione delle anomalie.
  • Autonomia operativa e senso di responsabilità.
  • Precisione e attenzione alla qualità.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e di interfacciarsi con il Capoturno.
  • Abitudine a lavorare in un ambiente produttivo strutturato e dinamico.
