La nostra divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale cerca un TECNICO ASSEMBLAGGIO E MANUTENZIONE per azienda cliente leader nello sviluppo di soluzioni tecnologiche per applicazioni industriali, con sede in provincia est di Milano.

La figura selezionata entrerà a far parte del Team Produzione, riportando al Responsabile di Produzione e avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Realizzazione e assemblaggio degli impianti all'interno dell'area produttiva;
  • Assemblaggio dei componenti degli impianti, inclusa l'esecuzione di saldobrasatura sui circuiti frigoriferi;
  • Controllo e regolazione di parametri di funzionamento come temperatura e pressione;
  • Verifica della conformità normativa e della sicurezza degli impianti;
  • Manutenzione ordinaria (programmata) e straordinaria degli impianti presso i clienti;
  • Esecuzione di interventi in autonomia o in squadra, a seconda della complessità;
  • Compilazione di report tecnici e registrazione delle attività svolte;
  • Formazione al cliente sugli impianti.

REQUISITI

  • Diploma tecnico o titolo di studio equivalente;
  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni su impianti di refrigerazione o tecnologie industriali;
  • Conoscenza dei circuiti frigoriferi e buona manualità nelle attività di saldobrasatura;
  • Il possesso del patentino F-GAS costituisce titolo preferenziale;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Capacità di lettura di schemi tecnici e manuali d’impianto;
  • Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte presso i clienti, la cui frequenza e durata saranno definite in funzione dell'esperienza e delle competenze della risorsa;
  • Troubleshooting;
  • Competenze nell'utilizzo di strumenti digitali e di lettura/operatività su display HMI;
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e al contatto con clienti e fornitori.

L'azienda offre possibilità di formazione continua e affiancamento a figure senior, oltre a percorsi di crescita interna.

Si prevede inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato all'interno del CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, livello B1 e RAL compresa tra 40.000 e 47.000 euro. Completano il pacchetto ticket restaurant da 8 euro, assicurazione sanitaria, piano welfare e premio produzione.

Sede di lavoro: provincia est di Milano.
