Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet. Uns ist eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit wichtig, daher ist eine Übernahme in eine unbefristete Anstellung angestrebt.

Als Campaign Manager*in bist du das Herzstück unserer Kundenprojekte: Du verbindest kreatives Marketing, strategische Beratung und operative Exzellenz, um Top-Brands und Arbeitgeber perfekt auf unserer Plattform und Social Media zu inszenieren. Dabei bist du für folgende Themenschwerpunkte verantwortlich:

  • End-to-End Kampagnensteuerung: Du planst, betreust und wickelst Werbekampagnen für unsere Kunden und Agenturen ab. Von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung hast du das Heft fest in der Hand.
  • Multichannel-Setup & Operations: Du setzt Kampagnen zeitgerecht in unseren eigenen Inhouse-Tools sowie auf Social Media um und managst flexibel Umbuchungen oder Stornierungen.
  • Employer Branding & Jobbörse: Du betreust Employer-Branding-Kampagnen unserer Partner, legst zielgruppenstarke Stellenanzeigen an und verwaltest diese passgenau auf unserer StudySmarter Jobbörse, um Arbeitgeber optimal bei der Gen Z zu positionieren.
  • Kreativ-Workflows & Design-Beratung: Du berätst unsere Kunden zur visuellen Gestaltung und Zielgruppenansprache, erstellst Mailings und baust ansprechende Kundenprofile auf.
  • Sales-Schnittstelle & Support: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sales-Team zusammen, bildest die Schnittstelle zu allen vertriebsrelevanten Bereichen und unterstützt aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung von Marketing- und Vertriebsaktionen.
  • Data-driven After-Sales: Du analysierst die Kampagnen-Performance, erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings und präsentierst die Ergebnisse überzeugend vor unseren Kunden.

Was du für diese Rolle brauchst

  • Background: Idealerweise hast du erste praktische Erfahrung im Online-Marketing, einer (Media-)Agentur, im HR-Marketing/Employer Branding oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld – auch motivierte Quereinsteiger*innen sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie echte Freude am direkten, beratenden Kundenkontakt.
  • Organisationstalent: Ein hervorragendes Zeitmanagement, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, in dynamischen Phasen die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Markengespür & Kundenfokus: Ein geschultes Auge für gutes Design, Kreativität und ein tiefes Verständnis für die unterschiedlichen B2B-Kundenbedürfnisse.
  • Mindset: Hohe Eigenmotivation, der Wille zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung und die Leidenschaft, ein stark wachsendes EdTech-Unternehmen mit der Vision „Besseres Lernen für alle“ aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Sprachen: Du sprichst absolut fließend Deutsch und kannst dich auf Englisch gut verständigen.
