Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, vorzugsweise in den Fachrichtungen Energie-, Betriebs- oder Automatisierungstechnik.
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Industrie-, Gebäude- oder Anlagentechnik mit. Kenntnisse im Bereich der Wasserwirtschaft oder im Umgang mit SPS-Steuerungen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Arbeitsweise: Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und behalten auch bei unvorhergesehenen Störungen einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Teamgeist & Flexibilität: Sie sind ein verlässlicher Teamplayer und bereit, wechselnde Einsatzorte in unserer Region anzusteuern.
  • Lernbereitschaft: Sie sind von Natur aus neugierig und haben Freude daran, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Weitere Qualifikationen: Sie besitzen einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B (PKW).
  • Wohnort: Sie wohnen idealerweise im Großraum Brandenburg an der Havel oder sind bereit, Ihren Lebensmittelpunkt in die Region zu verlegen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgaben – Vielfalt statt Routine

  • Instandhaltung & Wartung: Sie betreuen, warten und reparieren die elektrotechnischen und mess-, steuerungs- und regelungstechnischen Anlagen in unseren Wasserwerken, Kläranlagen und Pumpstationen.
  • Fehlersuche & Behebung: Bei Störungen in den automatisierten Systemen (z. B. SPS-Steuerungen) analysieren Sie die Ursachen schnell und beheben diese eigenständig.
  • Modernisierung: Sie wirken aktiv bei der Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung neuer elektrischer Betriebsmittel und Netze mit.
  • Prüfwesen: Sie führen die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Prüfungen an elektrischen Anlagen durch und dokumentieren diese.
  • Bereitschaftsdienst: Nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie im Wechsel mit den Kollegen den elektrotechnischen Bereitschaftsdienst, um die Versorgungssicherheit rund um die Uhr zu garantieren.
