Als People & Culture Manager sorgst du dafür, dass bei stylink die richtigen Menschen zusammenkommen und unsere Personalarbeit verlässlich läuft. Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Bewerbende und arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen. Du begleitest Menschen vom ersten Gespräch bis zum Austritt und behältst Verträge, Abrechnung und Meldewesen im Blick. So gestaltest du aktiv mit, wie wir bei stylink zusammenarbeiten und wachsen.

Wir arbeiten eng im Team vor Ort in Münster. Der persönliche Austausch ist für uns zentral, deshalb entsteht der Großteil unserer Arbeit im Office. Mobiles Arbeiten ist an einem Tag pro Woche möglich.

Das treibst du voran:

  • Recruiting: Du findest die Menschen, die unser Team weiterbringen. Du betreust Bewerbungsprozesse eigenständig, führst Erstgespräche auf Deutsch und Englisch und gibst den Fachbereichen klare Empfehlungen.
  • Personaladministration: Du sorgst für saubere Abläufe vom Vertrag bis zum Arbeitszeugnis und pflegst die Personalakten in Personio und DATEV.
  • Entgelt und Meldewesen: Du unterstützt bei der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung und führst DEÜV-Meldungen über DATEV durch.
  • On- und Offboarding: Du sorgst dafür, dass neue Teammitglieder gut bei stylink ankommen, und gestaltest Austritte strukturiert und wertschätzend.
  • Digitalisierung: Du vereinfachst unsere HR-Prozesse und automatisierst Workflows in Personio.
  • Employer Branding: Du schärfst unsere Arbeitgebermarke und zeigst authentisch, wie es ist, bei stylink zu arbeiten. Dafür entwickelst du eigene Ideen und Formate, etwa für unsere Karriereseite oder Recruiting-Kampagnen, und setzt sie selbst um.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal und mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen.
  • Du kennst dich im Meldewesen aus und hast idealerweise schon bei der Entgeltabrechnung unterstützt.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Lust darauf, Bewerbende kennenzulernen und für stylink zu begeistern.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits mit Personio und DATEV gearbeitet.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert, gehst vertraulich mit sensiblen Daten um und sprichst sicher Deutsch und Englisch.
