Role & Required Experience

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
  • Core Skills: Deep expertise in interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and real-world project execution.
  • Technical Familiarity: Experience using 4D scheduling software, construction PM tools, and 3D modeling/BIM. You must be comfortable partnering closely with software engineers and AI tools.
  • Location: Must be located in the US and willing to travel to San Francisco for one week every month.
