The posting

Success Matcher Recruitment is proud to represent a premier, nationally recognized law firm currently seeking a sophisticated Trust & Estate Attorney to join their robust Tax section. Our client is a powerhouse in the legal industry, legendary for their technical depth and their role as long-standing advisors to global tax platforms.

If you are looking to elevate your practice within a firm that balances high-stakes complexity with a collaborative, professional culture, this is your next move.

The Role

We are seeking an associate with 5 to 8 years of experience dedicated to the art of estate planning for high and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals. You will work alongside some of the industry's leading tax minds, focusing on:

  • Sophisticated estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
  • Complex trust and estate administration.
  • Strategic business succession planning for closely-held entities.
  • Advising on exempt organizations and charitable giving structures.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5-8 years of focused Trust & Estate practice.
  • Admissions: Current Bar admission in Florida, Pennsylvania, or D.C. (depending on your office preference). For D.C. applicants, MD or VA admission is a significant plus.
  • Education: A J.D. is required; an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is strongly preferred.
  • The "Plus" Factor: Experience working with exempt organizations beyond standard charitable giving.

Why Join Our Client?

Our client doesn't just practice tax law; they help define it. By joining this team, you gain:

  • Unrivaled Prestige: Work for a firm known globally for its technical contributions to tax portfolios.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: High-end health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Future Security: 401(k) retirement plan and generous PTO/Holiday schedule.
  • Growth: A platform that prioritizes professional development and high-level mentorship.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
