Sie sind der Dreh- und Angelpunkt unserer Veranstaltungen. Von der ersten Skizze bis zum letzten Feedback-Bogen tragen Sie die Verantwortung für den Erfolg unserer Formate.

  • End-to-End Management: Sie planen, organisieren und steuern Präsenz-Events eigenverantwortlich.
  • Full-Cycle Kontrolle: Zielsetzung, Ablaufplanung, Teilnehmermanagement und Evaluation – Sie haben alle Fäden in der Hand.
  • Wirtschaftliches Handeln: Sie erstellen Budgets, behalten die Kosten im Blick und sorgen für ein optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
  • Partner-Management: Sie finden die besten externen Dienstleister, verhandeln Verträge und koordinieren alle Beteiligten souverän.
  • Schnittstellen-Profi: Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung, den Fachbereichen und der Kommunikation zusammen.
  • Regie vor Ort: In der heißen Phase koordinieren Sie Referierende und Teams mit Ruhe und Übersicht, auch wenn es mal dynamisch wird.
  • Innovation: Sie geben sich nicht mit dem Status quo zufrieden und optimieren unsere Prozesse und digitalen Tools kontinuierlich.
  • Konzeption & Strategie: Sie unterstützen bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios und kreieren zielgruppengerechte Formate - von hochkarätigen Fachveranstaltungen und Networking-Events bis hin zu inspirierenden internen Formaten.

Ihr Profil

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die Organisationstalent mit einer Prise Kreativität verbindet. Ein bestimmtes Studium ist für uns weniger wichtig als Ihre praktische Erfahrung und Ihr Drive.

  • Expertise: Sie haben eine fundierte Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Event- / Veranstaltungsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Praxis in der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Events.
  • Mindset: Sie verbinden ein Gespür für Ästhetik und gelungene Formate mit einer strukturierten, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Organisationstalent: Termine, Budgets und komplexe Anforderungen sind für Sie kein Stressfaktor, sondern ein Puzzle, das Sie perfekt lösen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Sie treten souverän, verbindlich und serviceorientiert auf – gegenüber der Geschäftsführung genauso wie gegenüber externen Partnern.
  • Flexibilität: Sie wissen, dass Events nicht immer von 9 bis 17 Uhr stattfinden, und bringen die entsprechende Bereitschaft für Einsätze außerhalb der Kernarbeitszeiten mit.
