About the role

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités nucléaires et autres industries, nous recherchons un Chef d’Équipe Service pour rejoindre notre équipe itinérante basée à Buchelay. Véritable référent terrain, vous assurez à la fois des missions opérationnelles et d’encadrement. Vous supervisez les interventions de maintenance et d’installation sur des équipements de type pompes, turbines et autres machines tournantes, tout en garantissant le respect des exigences de sécurité, de qualité et de performance propres à l’environnement nucléaire et industriel. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’organisation et la réussite des interventions sur site, tout en accompagnant le développement des compétences de votre équipe.

Responsabilités

• Superviser et coordonner une équipe de 1 à 3 Techniciens Service lors des interventions sur sites clients.

• Savoir travailler avec des sous-traitants, et les encadrer si nécessaire.

• Réaliser l’installation, la maintenance et la remise en état de pompes, turbines et équipements tournants sur les différents marchés servis par Sulzer, notamment dans le secteur nucléaire.

• Garantir le respect des procédures qualité, HSE et des exigences réglementaires applicables aux interventions en environnement nucléaire et industriel.

• Assurer le suivi technique des opérations et la bonne exécution des travaux conformément aux modes opératoires.

• Reporter hiérarchiquement au Field Service Manager, fonctionnellement au Chef de Chantier et Responsable de Projets.

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Qualité, HSE, Bureau d’Études, Méthodes et l’ensemble des fonctions support impliquées dans les projets.

• Accompagner, former et encadrer les nouveaux collaborateurs, primo-intervenants et techniciens dans le développement de leurs compétences techniques et opérationnelles.

• Rédiger les rapports d’intervention et assurer la traçabilité documentaire des opérations réalisées.

Qualifications

• Solides compétences en mécanique sur machines tournantes (pompes, turbines, compresseurs).

• Maîtrise des instruments de métrologie et capacité à effectuer des prises de cotes précises.

• Utilisation d’appareil de mesures et analyses vibratoires, avec interprétation des données, est un plus.

• Bonne capacité de lecture et d’interprétation de plans techniques.

• Connaissances de base des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Word et Excel.

• Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles pour la réalisation de rapports techniques.

• Certification SCN niveau 2 (Savoir Commun du Nucléaire) ; CSQ (Complément Sûreté Qualité) et RP1 ou 2 (Radioprotection niveau 1 ou 2).

• Habilitation nucléaire type HN1, 2 ou 3

• Habilitation N1 ou N2

• Expérience des interventions en environnement nucléaire et respect rigoureux des procédures de sûreté.

• Première expérience réussie en encadrement d’équipe terrain ou en management transversal.

• Capacité à fédérer, accompagner et développer les compétences d’une équipe d’intervention.
