Mission et Responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge de :

  • S’assurer de la réception des commandes clients.
  • Mettre à jour les commandes et prévisions des clients sur SIGIP.
  • Assurer la diffusion des informations reçues par les clients.
  • Interpréter les releases et EDI et informer des besoins clients à court, moyen et long terme.
  • Préparer les listes à servir.
  • Etablir les Ordres de transite.
  • Etablir le plan d’expédition hebdomadaire et le communiquer aux intéressés.
  • Préparation et édition des factures et bon de livraison.
  • Notifier les clients des expéditions de leurs commandes, par e-mail.
  • Archivage électronique du dossier d’export.
  • Faire le suivi des réclamations clients en termes de quantités et délais.
  • Assurer une bonne communication avec les clients.
  • Respecter et faire respecter le Code Ethique de Sews Cabind Maroc.
  • Respecter et faire respecter les normes et standards de HSE en vigueur à Sews Cabind Maroc.
  • Rechercher l’excellence à tous les niveaux, en s’engageant et en entraînant ses collègues et collaborateurs dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.

Skills et Qualifications :

Vous maitrisez :

  • Administration des ventes
  • Technique de l’outil informatique
  • Gestion commerciale
  • Parfaite sens de l’organisation
  • Français et Anglais

Vous êtes dotés d’une :

  • Capacité de résolution de problème.
  • Adaptation du changement et à la croissance d’activité
  • L’aisance relationnelle, l’esprit d’analyse, la rigueur, l’écoute, la compréhension des autres, la maîtrise de soi et la gestion des situations de crise sont des qualités requises pour ce poste.

Qualification :

Bac +2 DTS, DUT BTS en Logistique ou Commercial.
