  • Technical diploma or Associate’s Degree in Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 1 - 2 years work experience as process technical assistant in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company) Familiarity with automation systems, barcode tools, or digital production platforms
  • Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes is an advantage. Proficient in using digital tools and MS Office. Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems. Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills. Basic understanding of PLC or machine communication is a plus. Keen to detail; work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking
