  • Definition von Zielanwendungen, Branchen und Kunden
  • Fokus auf das Endkundengeschäft in der zugewiesenen Vertriebsregion
  • Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstamms, Gewinnung neuer profitabler Kunden und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sie planen und führen Kundenbesuche durch, präsentieren das Unternehmen und seine Produkte und wecken Kundeninteresse. Der größte Teil Ihrer monatlichen Arbeitszeit wird auf Kundenbesuche entfallen. Dazu gehören auch Reisen und gelegentliche Übernachtungen, um Kunden in weiter entfernten Regionen zu besuchen. Als Richtwert sollten Sie damit rechnen, an drei bis vier Tagen pro Woche Kunden zu besuchen.
  • Bewertung und Verständnis von Anwendungen sowie Fehleranalysen mit Unterstützung von Expertinnen und Experten
  • Führen von Auftragsverhandlungen mit Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Werken und dem Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Beobachtung von Märkten und Trends
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Jahresbudgets und der monatlichen Prognose für Auftragseingänge

Wer Sie sind

  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über einen starken Vertriebshintergrund und mindestens 2–3 Jahre relevante Vertriebserfahrung in einem mechanischen, industriellen oder elektrischen B2B-Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich mechanischer Antriebstechnik ist von Vorteil.
  • Ein technischer Studienabschluss ist nicht zwingend erforderlich; Erfahrung im mechanischen Bereich ist ausreichend.
  • Sie sind kommunikationsstark und ein ausgeprägter Teamplayer.
  • Sie sind ein hervorragender Netzwerker und agieren als echter Geschäftspartner.
  • Sie verstehen unsere Kunden, ihre Anwendungen, ihre Märkte und ihre Bedürfnisse.
  • Sie können auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren.
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und anderen IT-Systemen, beispielsweise unserem CRM-System Salesforce.
  • Sie sind bereit, innerhalb Deutschlands und bei Bedarf gelegentlich innerhalb Europas zu reisen.
