Dans le cadre de son lancement, SUMMIT Paris recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) support utilisateur pour rejoindre son équipe.

Missions principales

  • Prend en charge l’analyse technique et le dépannage des matériels confiés aux utilisateurs SUMMIT Paris ;
  • Assure la qualification ainsi que la résolution des incidents, matériels comme logiciels, rapportés par les utilisateurs finaux via les différents canaux de communication mis à leur disposition (téléphone, email, ticket, in situ, etc.) ;
  • Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les utilisateurs finaux, et veille à leur satisfaction ;
  • Documente les pannes matérielles, leurs corrections ainsi que les installations ou suppressions conformément aux principes ITSM ;
  • Conduit une veille active des évolutions matérielles comme logicielles touchant le périmètre des utilisateurs finaux ;
  • Assure la formation des utilisateurs finaux sur un ensemble de sujets touchant la bureautique et l’utilisation au quotidien des équipements confiés ;
  • Installe, configure, teste, maintient, supervise et dépanne le parc informatique constitué par les ordinateurs fixes ou portables mis à disposition des utilisateurs finaux, ainsi que les périphériques, terminaux mobiles et logiciels associés ;
  • Contrôle la conformité du parc de licences en procédant à des audits logiciels réguliers ;
  • Analyse, diagnostique et résout les problèmes informatiques de niveau avancé pour diverses populations d’utilisateurs finaux. Recommande et met en œuvre les solutions matérielles correctives appropriées ;
  • Réalise et consigne l'inventaire de tous les écrans, ordinateurs, imprimantes, scanners et autres équipements ;
  • Suit l’évolution des performances des matériels et produit les statistiques et rapports associés ;
  • Installe, configure et teste des matériels basés sur divers systèmes d’exploitation ;
  • Est le point de contact des services de support tiers et des fournisseurs de matériel et de logiciels ;
  • Participe aux campagnes de renouvellement des parcs matériels et logiciels ;
  • Assure un support de premier niveau (qualification et dépannage basique) des incidents réseau, télécoms, audio/vidéo.

Profil recherché

Parcours académique et expérience professionnelle

  • Licence ou BUT SIO, ou domaines informatiques connexes ;
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle à forte composante support.

Compétences relationnelles

  • Excellentes capacités à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit ;
  • Etat d’esprit orienté résultats.

Compétences techniques requises

  • Expérience éprouvée : administration Windows, administration Microsoft Intune, Windows Configuration Management, déploiement d’ordinateurs fixes et portables, empaquetages d’applications, administration de flottes mobiles (MDM), technologies diverses employées sur les postes de travail ;
  • Bonnes compréhension : LAN/WAN, technologies audio/vidéo.

Compétences techniques souhaitables

  • Certification(s) Microsoft ;
  • Certifications CompTIA (A+, Network+, Cloud+, Security+, Server+) ou equivalent (CCENT, CCNA, Azure Fundamentals, …) ;
  • Première expérience avec un système de gestion de tickets. ZenDesk serait un plus.

Our goal is simple: to deliver a spectacular, emotionally engaging experience that makes SUMMIT a must-visit destination for Parisians, visitors from across France, and international travelers alike.

As part of its launch, SUMMIT Paris is looking for a Technical Analyst to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for technical analysis and troubleshooting of end-user technology issues for SUMMIT Paris;
  • Respond to associate service calls – via various permitted communication channels like emails, phone calls, tickets, walk-ups, etc. - to troubleshoot and resolve those Work with end users to identify and resolve issues with computer hardware and software;
  • Work hand-in-hand with end users, ensuring end user satisfaction;
  • Document instances of hardware failures, repairs, installations, and removal utilizing ITSM;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and software specifications;
  • Provide training on computer operation and other issues to end users;
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation or laptop hardware, connected peripheral devices, and supported mobile devices, associated workstation software;
  • Conduct audits of unlicensed software;
  • Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex computer problems for a variety of end users and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions;
  • Collect and report inventory of all monitors, computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment;
  • Monitor and test computer performance and provide computer performance statistics and reports;
  • Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and Operating Systems;
  • Act as a liaison with third-party support and hardware / software vendors;
  • Participate in equipment refresh tasks as necessary;
  • Basic Telecommunication, Networking, and Audio/Video Support/Troubleshooting.

Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university in Information Systems or Computer 2+ years of relevant experience in technical support position.

Soft Skills

  • Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Results-driven

Hard Skills and/or Abilities

  • Experience with: Windows Operating System, Windows Configuration Management, Desktop/Laptop Deployment, Microsoft Intune administration, technologies used in End User Computing, Windows Administration, software package testing. Mobile Device Management.
  • Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks and Audio / Visual technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

An ideal candidate would also have the following qualifications, or equivalent skills:

  • Microsoft Certified.
  • CompTIA Certifications (A+, Network+, Cloud+, Security+, Server+).
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and/or other Help Desk ticketing system.
