NERC Compliance Support

  • Assist with maintaining documentation required for applicable NERC Reliability Standards.
  • Support compliance audits, evidence collection, and record retention.
  • Help track required testing, maintenance, and cybersecurity documentation.
  • Work with operations and engineering teams to support ongoing compliance initiatives.

Engineering Support

  • Review electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
  • Assist with equipment inspections and field quality verification.
  • Prepare commissioning reports and technical documentation.
  • Support engineering evaluations and field issue resolution.
  • Travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
  • 0–3 years of engineering experience (internships or co-op experience welcomed).
  • Understanding of electrical power systems.
  • Basic knowledge of substations, renewable energy systems, or industrial controls preferred.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems or industrial communications is a plus.
  • Exposure to protective relays, PLCs, RTUs, or power system automation is desirable.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
