Are you ready to combine your passion for e-mobility with technical expertise and commercial thinking? As our EV Charging Sales Engineer - Poland, you will play a key role in growing our EV charging business, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting customers on their journey toward cleaner mobility.

Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

  • Prepare, manage, and submit tender bids for AC and DC charging solutions, ensuring strong technical and commercial proposals.
  • Drive lead generation and multi-channel business development, identifying new opportunities and helping grow our presence in the Polish EV charging market.
  • Advise customers throughout their e-mobility journey from A to Z, including technical consultation, on-site visits, training, and ongoing support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and suppliers, working closely with product management, operations, service, and marketing.
  • Stay on top of local regulations and technical requirements, including UDT technical inspection requirements related to the legalisation and certification of EV charging stations in Poland.
  • Monitor the regional EV charging market, providing management with relevant trends, insights, reports, forecasts, and recommendations while representing SUNGROW at exhibitions and industry seminars.

Your profile

All right, that sounds intriguing, doesn’t it? To feel at home in this role and make a lasting impact, your background should look a lot like this:

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field, ideally with an energy focus, or a relevant degree in business or marketing.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales and account management within the e-mobility industry, combined with solid technical knowledge of e-mobility solutions.
  • You communicate confidently in Polish at C1 level and English at C1 level; Mandarin Chinese skills are considered a plus.
  • You are an e-mobility enthusiast with strong negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as a strategic approach to business planning.
  • You hold a valid Polish electrical qualification certificate (świadectwo kwalifikacyjne, commonly known as SEP) in Group 1 for operation (E) and supervision (D) of equipment up to 1 kV, or are willing to obtain it before performing electrical work.
  • You bring a collaborative, entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset and are comfortable travelling up to 50% for customer visits, fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events.
  • Knowledge of the solar energy and energy storage markets in Europe would be nice to have.
