The posting

  • Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Process supplier invoices, subcontractor invoices and payment records.
  • Assist in preparing payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.
  • Record and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Assist in preparing staff and workers’ claims, reimbursements and expense records.
  • Maintain accurate filing of invoices, receipts, payment records and other financial documents.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and verification of payment transactions.
  • Assist in monthly accounts closing and preparation of financial reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and subcontractors regarding invoices, payments and outstanding balances.
  • Assist in GST-related documentation and other accounting matters, where applicable.
  • Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
