Tätigkeitsbereich

  • Du planst, steuerst und realisierst anspruchsvolle digitale Projekte und Produkte, z. B. Plattformen, Portale und E-Commerce-Lösungen
  • Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in strukturierte User Stories, Backlogs und Konzepte
  • Du verantwortest das Anforderungsmanagement und moderierst an der Seite deiner Kollegen Workshops, Refinements sowie Abstimmungstermine mit Kunden und Projektteams
  • Du stellst gemeinsam mit Entwicklern, UX-Designern und weiteren Fachbereichen die erfolgreiche Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen sicher
  • Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams, priorisierst Anforderungen und sorgst für transparente Kommunikation sowie einen reibungslosen Projektablauf
  • Du behältst Projektziele, Zeitpläne, Budgets und Risiken im Blick und identifizierst Potenziale zur Optimierung von Produkten, Prozessen und Tools

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Business Analyst oder im digitalen Projektmanagement - idealerweise im Agenturumfeld
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Anforderungsmanagement sowie in der Steuerung digitaler Projekte mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban sowie mit Tools wie Jira und Confluence
  • Du besitzt ein gutes technisches Verständnis für digitale Plattformen, Webanwendungen, CMS- oder E-Commerce-Systeme
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Stakeholdern
  • Du bist bereit zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Transparente Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Vergütung gehören für uns dazu: Für diese Intermediate-Position liegt das Gehaltsband zwischen 42.000 - 56.400 €, bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Skillset ist auch eine Besetzung auf Senior-Level möglich.
