Tätigkeitsbereich Als Project Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du die erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer digitaler Projekte wie Plattformen, E-Commerce- oder CMS-Lösungen. Du verbindest fachliche Anforderungen mit technischer Umsetzung und steuerst Projekte ganzheitlich. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass alle Projekte termingerecht, budgetkonform und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden und entwickelst gleichzeitig Prozesse, Strukturen und Zusammenarbeit kontinuierlich weiter. Das erwartet dich konkret:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Digitalprojekte und Sicherstellung von strukturierten Projektverläufen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Definition und Monitoring von Fortschritt, Qualität und KPIs sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
  • Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams aus Strategie, UX, Development und Marketing
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Präsentationen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Timings und Reportings in Abstimmung mit deinen Teammitgliedern

Deine Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, im Idealfall für Digitalprojekte (Websites, Marketingkampagnen, Commerce-Lösungen o.ä.)
  • Verständnis für digitale Geschäftsmodelle, technische Architekturen und datengetriebene Prozesse
  • Starkes Organisationstalent, analytisches Denken und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 und gängigen PM-Frameworks (agil & hybrid)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
