Responsabilidades

  • Planejar, acompanhar e controlar o cronograma físico-financeiro das obras, orientando a equipe e garantindo o cumprimento das normas técnicas.
  • Realizar o planejamento físico-financeiro inicial utilizando a metodologia Gantt/PERT-CPM em alinhamento com a diretoria e especificações do projeto.
  • Acompanhar o avanço físico por meio de gráficos, curvas "S" e histogramas para orientar os engenheiros na tomada de decisões.
  • Elaborar semanalmente o plano de ressuprimento, atualização do cronograma e controle de medições, identificando folgas, atrasos e o caminho crítico.
  • Monitorar o desempenho operacional comparando índices históricos para garantir o cumprimento das metas físico-financeiras previstas.
  • Avaliar semanalmente os dados de planejamento para retroalimentar o setor e ajustar propostas orçamentárias futuras.
  • Controlar a realização de preços e quantitativos informados pelo setor de orçamentos para manter o cronograma físico-financeiro atualizado.
  • Identificar desvios na cadeia produtiva para disseminar a melhoria contínua e viabilizar estudos de viabilidade e sinergia.
  • Desenvolver padrões, processos e soluções construtivas para otimizar recursos, industrializar etapas e garantir a melhoria contínua.
  • Manter o cliente continuamente atualizado sobre a evolução das etapas da obra e os próximos passos.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia Civil.
  • Domínio avançado de softwares de planejamento, como MS Project.
  • Conhecimento sólido em metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMBOK).
  • Expertise na metodologia Last Plan System (LPS).
  • Conhecimento aprofundado em rotinas de planejamento e acompanhamento/gestão de obras.
  • Experiência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas.
