The posting

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar riscos e implementar medidas de prevenção em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho.
  • Inspecionar instalações, equipamentos e processos, propondo melhorias de segurança.
  • Participar da elaboração e implementação de políticas e programas de SST.
  • Realizar avaliações ambientais e recomendar adequações para prevenção de acidentes.
  • Assessorar e acompanhar as atividades da CIPA.
  • Emitir CAT, investigar acidentes e propor ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Planejar e executar campanhas, SIPAT, treinamentos e palestras de segurança.
  • Avaliar novos equipamentos de proteção e emitir pareceres técnicos.
  • Controlar a entrega, reposição e estoque de EPIs, EPCs e uniformes.
  • Garantir a sinalização de áreas e equipamentos com riscos.
  • Apoiar levantamentos ambientais para elaboração de PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO e PPP.
  • Elaborar APR em conjunto com a equipe técnica antes de novas atividades.
  • Produzir e divulgar materiais de conscientização em Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Ministrar treinamentos de integração e capacitação conforme as Normas Regulamentadoras.
  • Acompanhar a aplicação dos programas legais de SST nas obras.

Requisitos

  • Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo, com registro ativo no MTE.
  • Experiência comprovada na área de segurança do trabalho em ambiente de construção civil.
  • Conhecimento aprofundado das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), em especial NR 18 e NR 35.
  • Experiência na elaboração e gestão de documentos como PPRA, PCMSO, PGR e LTCAT.
  • Habilidade para conduzir treinamentos e apresentações sobre temas de segurança.
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de investigação e análise de acidentes de trabalho.
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) para elaboração de relatórios e apresentações.
