Responsabilidades

  • Realizar atividades de segurança e saúde do trabalho identificando riscos e aplicando medidas preventivas para garantir a integridade dos empregados
  • Auditar instalações e equipamentos analisando métodos adotados para identificar riscos e propor adequações de segurança
  • Participar da elaboração e implementação das políticas de saúde e segurança no trabalho da empresa
  • Acompanhar as atividades de medições no ambiente de trabalho e sugerir modificações em instalações para prevenir acidentes
  • Prestar orientação técnica e acompanhar os programas de trabalhos da Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPA)
  • Emitir o Comunicado de Acidente de Trabalho (CAT) e investigar as causas de ocorrências para propor medidas cabíveis
  • Organizar campanhas de saúde, conduzir a SIPAT em conjunto com a CIPA e ministrar treinamentos e palestras de segurança
  • Realizar estudos e testes de novos equipamentos de segurança avaliando o desempenho e emitindo laudos técnicos
  • Controlar o estoque, solicitar a aquisição e registrar a entrega de EPIs, EPCs e uniformes nos prazos de troca
  • Responder pela sinalização de equipamentos e locais perigosos visando evitar acidentes com funcionários e terceiros
  • Auxiliar nos levantamentos ambientais para abastecer de dados os documentos legais como PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO e PPP
  • Elaborar a Análise Preliminar de Risco (APR) em conjunto com o Engenheiro Civil e Encarregado para cada nova atividade
  • Emitir e distribuir publicações sobre segurança do trabalho para divulgar e desenvolver hábitos de prevenção
  • Ministrar treinamentos de integração conforme as exigências das Normas Regulamentadoras de acordo com os riscos da função
  • Aplicar e acompanhar a execução diária dos programas de segurança PGR, PCMSO e LTCAT junto às obras

Requisitos

  • Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo, com registro ativo no MTE.
  • Experiência comprovada na função em ambiente de construção civil.
  • Imprescindível possuir CNH B.
  • Conhecimento aprofundado das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), em especial NR-18 e NR-35.
  • Habilidade na elaboração de documentos técnicos de segurança, como PPRA, Análise Preliminar de Risco (APR) e Permissão de Trabalho (PT).
  • Experiência na condução de treinamentos e palestras sobre temas de segurança e saúde ocupacional.
  • Capacidade de interpretar laudos técnicos e relatórios de segurança.
