A Supernova está em busca de um Analista de Testes/QA com visão analítica de processos e verdadeira paixão por crescimento profissional no ambiente da tecnologia. O candidato fará parte de projetos desafiadores com soluções vinculadas a chatbots e Inteligência artificial. Venha fazer parte desta história com a Supernova!

Atividades da função:

  1. Entender requisitos funcionais e técnicos.
  2. Definir o escopo, tipos e níveis de testes (funcionais, regressão, performance, etc.).
  3. Elaborar planos e casos de testes detalhados.
  4. Realizar testes manuais e/ou automatizados.
  5. Identificar, registrar e acompanhar defeitos/bugs em ferramentas de gestão (ex.: Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
  6. Validar correções realizadas pelos desenvolvedores.
  7. Criar e manter scripts de automação.
  8. Utilizar frameworks e ferramentas (ex.: Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, etc.).
  9. Validar se as entregas atendem aos padrões de qualidade definidos.
  10. Apoiar a equipe de desenvolvimento na melhoria contínua de processos.
  11. Contribuir para reduzir falhas em produção.
  12. Documentar casos de teste, cenários, evidências e resultados.
  13. Elaborar relatórios de testes e métricas de qualidade para gestão.
  14. Trabalhar junto com desenvolvedores, analistas de negócios e Product Owners.
  15. Participar de reuniões de planejamento e revisão em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban).
  16. Garantir feedback contínuo para evolução do produto.

Requisitos:

Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;

Cursos ou certificações específicas em testes/QA são diferenciais (ex.: ISTQB, CTFL);

Experiência com ferramentas como Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, RestAssured;

Ferramentas de gestão de bugs e tarefas: Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello;

Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis.

Formato de trabalho: Remoto (Com idas esporádicas ao escritório)

Regime de contratação:

CLT + Pacote de Benefícios (AM, AO, VR, Auxílio Academia, Seguro de Vida, Day off (R$ 120,00 presente aniversário) e plano diferenciado em telefonia móvel).
