A Supernova está em busca de um Consultor de Atendimento ao Cliente com energia, proatividade e resiliência. Capaz de garantir a excelência no relacionamento com clientes e contribuir para a construção de processos cada vez mais eficientes e inovadores no segmento de telecomunicações. Atividades da função:

Atender e resolver solicitações, dúvidas e reclamações de forma eficiente e profissional, via telefone, e-mail ou chat;

Construir relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, entendendo suas necessidades e entregando soluções que superem expectativas;

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir para a otimização dos nossos processos de atendimento;

Coletar e compartilhar feedbacks com as equipes internas para aprimorar produtos e serviços;

Manter registros precisos e garantir que todas as demandas sejam acompanhadas com agilidade.

O que esperamos de você:

Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e empatia;

Capacidade de resolver problemas com proatividade e eficiência;

Organização, senso de responsabilidade e trabalho em equipe.

Para se destacar nesta posição seria legal se você também tivesse:

Experiência anterior em atendimento ou áreas relacionadas;

Conhecimento em soluções de telecomunicações (voz, dados, integrações).
