Wil jij je graag verder ontwikkelen in de wereld van software testing? Je kent de basis maar wilt graag de verdiepingsslag maken. Dat kan bij SUPERP! Als QA Consultant draag jij direct bij aan de kwaliteit van de software van de klant en groei je mee in een snelgroeiende organisatie waar vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

Een QA consultant bij SUPERP is een expert die ervoor zorgt dat klanten hun software en processen naar een hoger niveau tillen. Door een combinatie van technische kennis, procesoptimalisatie en samenwerking helpt de consultant om de kwaliteit te waarborgen en te verbeteren, zodat de klant zijn doelen kan bereiken. Je kan denken aan werkzaamheden als:

  • Analyse en advies: In kaart brengen van bestaande processen, risico’s en knelpunten en adviseren over kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
  • Testaanpak opstellen: Ontwerpen van een passende testaanpak, inclusief tools, methodologieën en best practices.
  • Implementatie en optimalisatie: Introduceren en verbeteren van testprocessen, inclusief testautomatisering (veelal Tosca en/of Robotframework) en teamtraining.
  • Testuitvoering en kwaliteitsbewaking: Actief testen van software en monitoren van resultaten om kwaliteit te waarborgen.
  • Samenwerking en rapportage: Communiceren met stakeholders, rapporteren van bevindingen en continu verbeteren van processen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als software tester.
  • Interesse in testautomatisering – je hoeft nog geen expert te zijn, dat leer je bij ons.
  • Een TMAP- of ISTQB-certificaat (must-have).
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Goede communicatie in het Nederlands (B2/C1-niveau).
