Strategic Deployment Strategist - Barcelona

The way software is sold is changing fast. AI agents are starting to run core go to market workflows on their own: demos, onboarding, enablement, sales training. Supersonik builds the infrastructure behind that shift. We’re backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), supported by angels from Google, DeepMind and leading SaaS companies, and we already work with some of the most ambitious software teams in the world. A new category is forming in the GTM stack, and we intend to define it.

🎯 The role As Strategic Deployment Strategist, you own our largest and most strategic enterprise accounts. You’re the person the client’s leadership calls when it matters, and the person our product team listens to when deciding what to build next.

What you’ll do: Own enterprise deployments from first kickoff to live agents in production, setting the plan, the pace and the quality bar Run the executive relationship: steering committees, roadmap conversations and the hard calls when things go sideways Turn what you see in the field into product direction, working directly with our product and engineering teams Build the deployment playbook that the rest of the team will run on as we scale Decide how each account should be staffed, and lead the Associates and Deployment Strategists working on it Coach and develop the team so our next generation of leads comes from inside

You’ll work closely with the GTM Engagement Manager on priorities across the portfolio and on our highest stakes client moments.

Who we’re looking for 5 to 8 years of experience, most of it spent in front of demanding clients. You might be: An Engagement Manager or Senior Associate from a Tier 1 strategy consultancy Solutions Lead or Deployment Strategist at a leading AI company A senior RevOps, Strategy or GTM leader from a high growth SaaS business An early startup operator who has owned enterprise clients and revenue directly

What matters most: You’ve owned complex, multi stakeholder programmes and been accountable for the outcome You’re credible with VPs and C level, and calm in a tense room You think in systems: you leave behind structure, playbooks and better ways of working You go deep on execution when needed and don’t hide behind slides You’ve grown people before and you enjoy doing it You’re energised by AI and want to help shape a category, not just join one

Fluent English is required. Spanish isn’t. Other languages are a plus.
