Vill du kombinera siffror, analys och inköp i en roll där ditt underlag faktiskt styr besluten? Supply Chain Group söker en erfaren Inköpscontroller till ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag hos en av våra kunder inom bygg- och installationsbranschen i Stockholm. Uppdraget ger dessutom möjlighet till anställning hos kunden på sikt.

Om rollen

Du blir inköpsorganisationens ekonomiska och analytiska stöd, med ansvar för att skapa överblick, struktur och beslutsunderlag. Du har nära kontakt med inköpsledningen och ekonomifunktionen och stöttar inköparna i deras dagliga arbete och inför större affärer. Rollen passar dig som gillar att både äga uppföljningen och utveckla hur den görs.

Det här kommer du att arbeta med

  • Budget, prognoser och uppföljning av nyckeltal inom inköp
  • Rapportering och analyser till inköpsledning och företagsledning
  • Uppföljning av leverantörsavtal, bland annat rabatt- och bonusvillkor
  • Analys av inköpsdata som underlag inför förhandlingar och upphandlingar
  • Vidareutveckling av inköpsprocesser, rapportstruktur och systemstöd
  • Inköpets del i företagets hållbarhets- och klimatrapportering
  • Förbättrings- och digitaliseringsinitiativ inom inköp och controlling

Din bakgrund

  • Akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi, inköp eller motsvarande
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av controlling och/eller inköp, gärna där du kombinerat båda
  • Van att arbeta med budget, prognos och uppföljning
  • Trygg i att hantera stora datamängder och avancerad Excel
  • Erfarenhet av avtalsuppföljning mot leverantörer
  • Flytande svenska och god engelska

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av BI- och rapportverktyg, vana vid affärssystem, bakgrund från bygg, installation, grossist eller handel, samt erfarenhet av att driva process- eller systemförbättringar.

Du har ett analytiskt sinne och tycker om att skapa ordning i komplexa underlag. Du tar egna initiativ, är bekväm med att både arbeta operativt och lyfta blicken, och har lätt för att förklara siffror så att andra kan fatta beslut utifrån dem.
