The posting

Vi söker en produktionsplanerare till ett konsultuppdrag hos en internationell industrikund i Stockholmsområdet. Du kommer att arbeta i kundens kretskortsfabrik, nära produktion, test och projektplanering. Här får du en viktig roll i den dagliga planeringen och möjlighet att vara med och utveckla arbetssätten.

Om rollen

Du arbetar med ett stort och komplext produktionsflöde där många tillverkningsordrar pågår parallellt. Projektplanerarna skapar ordrarna och du ansvarar för att planera och följa upp hur de går genom produktionen. Det innebär att balansera planen mot tillgänglig kapacitet, fånga upp flaskhalsar och planera om när förutsättningarna förändras.

En viktig del är att hålla ihop reparationsflödet. Kort som inte klarar test behöver felsökas, repareras och testas igen. Tidsåtgången är ofta svår att bedöma och flera behov konkurrerar om samma resurser. Tillsammans med planeringsansvarig arbetar du med prioriteringarna och skapar bättre struktur i flödet.

Du deltar i den dagliga styrningen varje morgon och har löpande kontakt med produktionen. Du följer upp hur arbetet går, lyfter avvikelser och föreslår förbättringar där du ser att det behövs.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Balansera produktionsplanen mot kapacitet och beläggning.
  • Detaljplanera och följa upp tillverkningsordrar.
  • Identifiera flaskhalsar och tillgängliga resurser samt anpassa planeringen vid behov.
  • Samordna planeringen av felsökning, reparation och omtest.
  • Delta i daglig styrning och följa upp produktionsdata, bland annat plan mot utfall.
  • Bidra till bättre arbetssätt inom planering och produktion.

Vem söker vi?

Du har minst ett års erfarenhet av produktionsplanering inom tillverkande industri och vill fortsätta utvecklas inom området. Du är van att planera och följa upp tillverkningsordrar i ett affärssystem och har god förståelse för materialstrukturer, operationsföljder och ledtider.

Du trivs nära produktionen och har lätt för att samarbeta med olika delar av verksamheten. Du arbetar strukturerat, står fast vid gjorda prioriteringar och kan samtidigt bedöma när planen behöver ändras. När något riskerar att påverka leveransen tar du tag i det i tid.

Eftersom delar av verksamhetens arbetssätt fortfarande utvecklas behöver du vara bekväm med att allt inte är färdigt eller fungerar som tänkt. Du kan arbeta självständigt, är prestigelös och bidrar gärna med din erfarenhet.

Det är meriterande om du har en utbildning inom logistik eller produktionsteknik, erfarenhet av kapacitetsplanering eller har arbetat med reparations-, test- eller eftermarknadsflöden.

Om anställningen

Du blir tillsvidareanställd som konsult hos Supply Chain Group och arbetar på plats hos kunden. Uppdraget pågår till och med september 2027 och avslutas med en överlämning till en ny planerare. Du har din anställning hos oss på SCG även efter att uppdraget är avslutat, och vi arbetar tillsammans för att hitta ditt nästa uppdrag.

Rollen kräver svenskt medborgarskap och godkänd säkerhetsprövning, inklusive bakgrundskontroll och säkerhetsintervju.
