  • Research & Development: Conduct research, test new chemistries, and develop new products or improved methods.
  • Optimization: Analyze data to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve product quality.
  • Safety & Compliance: Establish safety protocols, evaluate processes for environmental regulations, and ensure workplace safety. Monitor equipment for proper operation and maintenance.
  • Manage and develop a small team across lab and production ops; schedule, train, and coach.
  • Champion a safety-first, craftsmanship-driven culture aligned to defense-grade rigor.

What We’re Seeking

Must Have

  • U.S. citizenship with compliance to REAL ID and defense-related requirements
  • BS or Masters in chemical engineering, plus 8 years industry experience

  • Strong foundation in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Math.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and teamwork.
  • Proficiency with IT, simulation software, and CAD.
  • Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Prior DCMA or DoD experience.
  • Experience in explosives/energetics operations, magazines, and inventory controls.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Relocation bonus commensurate with need and experience
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • AD&D and life insurance
  • Generous paid time off, including parental leave
  • Learning stipends and professional development opportunities
  • A safety-first workplace built on rigorous standards and a culture of care

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
