Die Aufgaben

Wer sorgt eigentlich dafür, dass sich die Menschen hinter der Bühne genauso wohlfühlen wie die davor? Vielleicht du? Als Praktikant:in unterstützt du im Personalbereich und schaffst die wichtigste Grundlage für unser Festival: unsere Crew. Du bist Ansprechpartner:in, Organisationstalent und Feel-Good-Manager:in in einem. Dabei kommunizierst du mit Menschen aus den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen wie Kunst, Sport, Technik, Strom, Catering, Artist Care und Handwerk. Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Team bis zum Festival stetig wächst und dass sich alle Helfenden gut aufgehoben fühlen.

  • Unterstützung bei der Personalbedarfsplanung in Abstimmung mit den verschiedenen Departments
  • Kommunikation mit den Helfenden vor, während und nach dem Festival
  • Schichtplanung mit dem Tool festiware
  • Koordination aller Helfenden gemeinsam mit den Heads der Departments
  • Briefing der Helfenden auf dem Festivalgelände
  • Mitgestaltung einer positiven Crew-Atmosphäre
  • Vorbereitung der Lohnabrechnung

Dein Profil

  • Leidenschaft für den Eventbereich und Lust auf spannende Projekte
  • idealerweise Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikationswissenschaft, Eventmanagement, Business Administration, o. ä.
  • strukturierte, verantwortungsvolle und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative und Sorgfalt als selbstverständlicher Anspruch an dich selbst
  • Herausforderungen begreifst du als Chance, dich zu beweisen
  • Auch wenn es mal stressig wird, triffst du Entscheidungen mit einem kühlen Kopf
