Die Aufgaben

Du liebst Kultur, Kreativität und den Blick für das nächste große Ding im Festivalprogramm? Durch das Praktikum Programmgestaltung & Eventmanagement erhältst du tiefe Einblicke in die Bereiche Culture, Sports & Play – mit Schwerpunkt auf Culture, den du inhaltlich mitgestaltest. Von Tag eins an übernimmst du eigene Verantwortungsbereiche: von der Recherche neuer Programmpunkte über die Konzeption neuer Formate bis zur Künstler:innen-Betreuung und Umsetzung auf dem Festival. Du baust auf etablierten Programminhalten auf und bringst mit Kreativität und Gespür für aktuelle Trends neue Impulse ein.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Programmgestaltung: Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung des Festivalprogramms, insbesondere im Bereich Culture
  • Akquise & Betreuung: Kontakt, Verhandlung und Betreuung von Aussteller:innen, Kursleiter:innen und weiteren Kreativschaffenden
  • Vor-Ort-Koordination: Mitwirkung an Zeitplänen, Abläufen und der Durchführung der Programmpunkte während des Festivals
  • Teamarbeit: enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Departments – als Teil eines kleinen Kernteams mit vielen Schnittstellen in die Festival-Orga
  • Marketing & Kommunikation: Mitarbeit an Marketingmaterialien, Social-Media-Kampagnen und Besucher:innenkommunikation
  • Sponsoring: Unterstützung bei Betreuung bestehender und Akquise neuer Sponsor:innen und Kooperationspartner:innen
  • Budget: Mitarbeit an Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für Programm und Eventorganisation
  • Nachbereitung: Auswertung von Festivalverlauf und Besucher:innenfeedback

Dein Profil

  • Leidenschaft für den Eventbereich und Lust auf spannende Projekte
  • idealerweise Studium mit Schwerpunkt Eventmanagement, Kulturmanagement, Kommunikationswissenschaften o. ä.
  • Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste sowie lösungs- und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative und Sorgfalt als selbstverständlicher Anspruch an dich selbst
  • Herausforderungen begreifst du als Chance, dich zu beweisen
