About the job

Stock that moves is stock that sells. You keep it moving: into our warehouse, out to our five stores and back when it has to.

You join our operations team and work closely with the store teams, our drivers and our warehouse. With wholesale on the way, your playing field only gets bigger.

Suspicious Antwerp is an Antwerp clothing brand. We sell online, in our own stores in Belgium and the Netherlands, and soon to wholesale partners too. We're 25 people today and growing to 40. We work from our HQ, we're hands-on and we hate waiting for things to happen. Want to be part of what comes next? Read on.

What you'll be doing

  • Place and follow up the replenishment orders for our stores, based on sales, stock and incoming restocks, and plan the deliveries with our logistics team
  • Own the full process: every transfer from warehouse to store and every retour back, from request to delivery to processing
  • Plan and follow up all inbounds arriving at our warehouse, the input e-com, retail and soon wholesale all build on
  • Follow up the reception in the stores and dig into every difference: what's missing, why, and how we prevent it next time
  • Be the first contact when systems acts up in a store, and make sure it gets fixed
  • Keep simple reports on stock, inbounds and scan results, spot what slows us down and fix it, using AI wherever it helps

What you bring

  • A master's degree in economics, business, engineering or a similar analytical field
  • A first work experience, in retail, operations, supply chain or anywhere numbers matter
  • An analytical mind: you see the pattern in a messy spreadsheet
  • Very strong in Excel: pivot tables, lookups and formulas hold no secrets for you
  • IT-savvy: you figure out a new system fast. No coding needed
  • A hands-on problem solver: as happy in a store stockroom as behind your laptop, and you don't stop at "it doesn't work"
  • Curious about AI, and you already use it in your daily work
  • A feel for the Suspicious Antwerp brand
  • You live in Belgium and work from our HQ in Antwerp
  • Fluent Dutch and English

Nice to have, no dealbreaker ;)

• Experience with Shopify POS or an ERP

• Experience with stock counts, inventory management or demand planning

• Driver's license B, handy for store visits

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
