Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei digitale Vermarktung, datengetriebene Geschäftsmodelle, Logistikangebote und innovative Kommunikationslösungen für regionale Werbekunden.

Für unsere Region Ost (Vorpommern und Uckermark - Standorte: Greifswald/Stralsund, Anklam, Pasewalk, Prenzlau) suchen wir ab sofort eine unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit als Head of Regional Sales (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben: Vertrieb, Führung und Transformation - In dieser Schlüsselposition verantworten Sie die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Region Ost und treiben die Weiterentwicklung unseres regionalen Medien- und Vermarktungsgeschäfts mit besonderem Fokus auf digitale und crossmediale Vertriebsmodelle aktiv voran.

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis und Marktentwicklung in der Region Ost
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebs- und Vermarktungsorganisation
  • Ausbau von digitalen Geschäftsmodellen, Media Sales und crossmedialen Vermarktungslösungen
  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines vertriebsstarken Teams
  • Steuerung regionaler Sales- und Marketingaktivitäten
  • Budget-, Investitions- und Ergebnisverantwortung inkl. Controlling
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung von Transformations- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Betreuung strategisch relevanter Kunden und Marktpartner
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Serviceeinheiten der SV Gruppe

Ihr Profil: Führungspersönlichkeit im B2B-Vertrieb

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Marketing, Vertrieb) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb / Sales / Medien / Marketing / Dienstleistung
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und der Steuerung von Vertriebseinheiten
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Media Sales, Digital Sales oder crossmediale Werbung
  • Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und Transformation
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und klare Ergebnisorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz

Vergütung

Für diese Position ist ein Jahreszielgehalt in einer Bandbreite von ca. 80.000 € bis 130.000 € vorgesehen. Die tatsächliche Einordnung erfolgt abhängig von Qualifikation, relevanter Berufserfahrung und individuellem Beitrag zur Position. Das Jahreszielgehalt setzt sich aus einem festen Grundgehalt (80 %) sowie einem variablen Bestandteil (20 %) zusammen. Ein persönlich nutzbarer Dienstwagen ist Teil der Vergütung.
