Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Maschinenführer / Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) für unsere Briefsortieranlagen VariSort und Vantage in Vollzeit am Standort Neubrandenburg.

In dieser Position sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Betrieb unserer modernen Sortiersysteme und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur täglichen Post- und Sendungsverarbeitung.

Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Bedienung unserer Briefsortiermaschinen VariSort und Vantage
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Sortierprozesse
  • Bestückung der Maschinen mit Sendungen und Betriebsmaterialien
  • Durchführung einfacher Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Betriebsstörungen
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Bearbeitung von Postsendungen
  • Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs

Arbeitszeiten:

Montag bis Freitag im 2-Schicht-System: 06:00-14:30 & 13:00- 20:30 Uhr.

Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie Freude an technischen Prozessen haben und verantwortungsbewusst arbeiten.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erste Erfahrung als Maschinenführer, Maschinenbediener, Anlagenführer oder Produktionsmitarbeiter von Vorteil
  • Gerne auch Quereinsteiger mit technischem Verständnis
  • Interesse an Maschinen, Technik und automatisierten Prozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Computern und technischen Systemen
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in den Abend- und Nachtstunden
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B2
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
  • Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Vergütung

Für diese Position ist ein Jahreszielgehalt in einer Bandbreite von ca. 30.000 € bis 35.000 € vorgesehen. Die tatsächliche Einordnung erfolgt abhängig von Qualifikation, relevanter Berufserfahrung und individuellem Beitrag zur Position.
