Für unseren Redaktionsstandort in Demmin suchen wir einen kreativen, motivierten Multimedia-Redakteur / Reporter (m/w/d), der mit Leidenschaft Geschichten erzählt und moderne journalistische Formate aktiv weiterentwickelt.

Ihre Aufgaben – das erwartet Sie

  • Recherche & Storytelling: Sie identifizieren relevante Themen für die Großregion Demmin, recherchieren gründlich und entwickeln daraus spannende Geschichten.
  • Crossmediale Produktion: Sie erstellen hochwertige Inhalte für Online, Print, Social Media und Video – von Nachrichten und Reportagen über Fotostrecken bis hin zu kurzen Clips oder innovativen Digitalformaten.
  • Regionale Vernetzung: Sie bauen ein Netzwerk aus Ansprechpartnern in der Region Demmin auf und kennen die Themen, die die Menschen vor Ort bewegen.
  • Digitale Innovation: Sie nutzen KI-gestützte Tools, Datenrecherche und neue Erzählformate, um unseren digitalen Auftritt weiter auszubauen.
  • Themencluster & Expertise: Sie bringen Ihr bereits vorhandenes Fachwissen in bestimmte Themengebiete ein bzw. bauen dieses Fachwissen sukzessive auf und unterstützen damit unsere standortübergreifenden Themencluster.

Ihr Profil – das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Volontariat oder Studium/Ausbildung im Bereich Journalismus, Medien oder Kommunikation
  • Leidenschaft für Qualitätsjournalismus, lokales Storytelling und digitale Darstellung
  • Erfahrung in Online-Journalismus, Social Media oder Videojournalismus
  • Kreativer Kopf mit sicherem Sprachgefühl, hohem Engagement und digitalem Mindset
  • Offenheit für neue Formate sowie den Einsatz von KI und Datenanalyse
  • Bereitschaft, sich in der Region Demmin zu vernetzen und lokale Themen aktiv mitzugestalten

Vergütung

Für diese Position ist ein Jahreszielgehalt in einer Bandbreite von ca. 40.000 € bis 60.000 € vorgesehen. Die tatsächliche Einordnung erfolgt abhängig von Qualifikation, relevanter Berufserfahrung und individuellem Beitrag zur Position. Das Jahreszielgehalt setzt sich aus einem festen Grundgehalt (95 %) sowie einem variablen Bestandteil (5 %) zusammen.
