Sie sind nicht nur Reporter – Sie sind Geschichtenerzähler für die Öffentlichkeit in Ihrer Region:

  • Relevanz finden: Sie entdecken Themen, die Menschen in der Region wirklich bewegen
  • Geschichten entwickeln: Sie machen aus Ideen starke Storys – schnell, präzise und kreativ
  • Mehrkanalig denken: Ihre Inhalte funktionieren auf Website, Social, Video und im Print
  • Neue Formate testen: Sie probieren aktiv neue digitale Formate, Tools und KI-Anwendungen aus
  • Netzwerk aufbauen: Sie sind vor Ort präsent und vernetzt – nah an den Menschen

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Journalistische Ausbildung, Volontariat oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Gespür für relevante Themen und klare, verständliche Sprache
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse an digitalem Storytelling (Online, Social, Video)
  • Offenheit für KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen und datenbasierte Recherche
  • Eigeninitiative, Neugier und Lust, Dinge auszuprobieren

Vergütung:

Die Position ist mit einem Jahreszielgehalt zwischen 47.000 € und 60.000 € brutto ausgeschrieben.

Die konkrete Vergütung richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und den mitgebrachten Kompetenzen.

Das Jahreszielgehalt setzt sich aus einem festen Grundgehalt sowie variablen Bestandteilen zusammen.
