Wir sorgen täglich dafür, dass die Tageszeitungen Schwäbische Post, Ipf- und Jagst-Zeitung sowie Aalener Nachrichten zuverlässig bei unseren Lesern ankommen. Darüber hinaus stellen wir die Briefpost der Ostalb Mail im Ostalbkreis zu.

Organisationstalent für Personalplanung und Zustelllogistik

Sie organisieren gerne, behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und arbeiten gerne mit Menschen? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in Aalen.

Als Personaldisponent / Einsatzleiter Zustellung (m/w/d) sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Tageszeitungen und Briefsendungen jeden Tag zuverlässig ihren Empfänger erreichen. Dabei übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Planung, Betreuung und Steuerung unserer Zustellorganisation.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Verantwortung für die tägliche Personaleinsatzplanung unserer Zusteller
  • Steuerung und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Zustellung von Tageszeitungen und Briefpost
  • Ansprechpartner für Zusteller und lokale Führungskräfte
  • Gewinnung, Einarbeitung und Betreuung neuer Zusteller
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards und Einhaltung von Zustellvorgaben
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Zustellorganisation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise im Bereich Büro, Logistik oder Spedition, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Disposition, Personalplanung, Logistik oder Kundenservice von Vorteil
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination von Mitarbeitern wünschenswert

Faire Vergütung: 42.000 € bis 50.000 € Bruttojahreszielgehalt

Die konkrete Vergütung richtet sich nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Kompetenzen. Das Jahreszielgehalt besteht zu 95 % aus einem festen Grundgehalt und zu 5 % aus einem variablen Anteil.
