Als Redakteur Gesundheit (m/w/d) gestalten Sie mit Ihren Inhalten direkt mit, wie sich dieser Bereich entwickelt - und das in einem jungen Feld, in dem Ihre Ideen wirklich zählen.

Sie können die Position 100 % remote ausüben oder an einem unserer Standorte in Schwerin, Neubrandenburg, Ravensburg oder Berlin arbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben - das erwartet Sie:

  • Sie entwickeln und verfassen hochwertige, digitale Inhalte zu Gesundheit, Medizin, Healthcare, Pflege und Vorsorge, die sowohl informieren als auch fesseln
  • Sie erzählen Geschichten multimedial in Wort, Bild und Ton
  • Sie verfolgen aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen im Gesundheitsbereich und setzen diese in spannende, digitale Formate um
  • Mit ihren Inhalten unterstützen Sie das wachsende Feld der Gesundheitsprojekte in der SV Gruppe
  • Sie kooperieren auch mit Experten und Influencern aus der Gesundheitsbranche, um ein breites Themenspektrum abzudecken
  • Sie analysieren die Leistungskennzahlen Ihrer Inhalte zur ständigen Optimierung und Zielgruppenansprache

Ihr Profil - das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Content Management und/oder im Gesundheitsjournalismus mit. Ein redaktionelles Volontariat ist von Vorteil
  • Digitale Affinität und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen und sozialen Medien sind Teil Ihrer DNA
  • Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, komplexe Gesundheitsinhalte klar und packend aufzubereiten und haben ein Auge für optisch ansprechende Darstellungen
  • Kreativität, Innovationsgeist und ein Gespür für digitale Trends zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie sind kommunikativ, teamorientiert und arbeiten gerne eigenständig

Vergütung

Die Position ist mit einem Jahreszielgehalt zwischen 45.000 € und 65.000 € brutto ausgeschrieben. Die konkrete Vergütung richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und den mitgebrachten Kompetenzen. Das Jahreszielgehalt setzt sich aus einem festen Grundgehalt (95 %) sowie einem variablen Bestandteil (5 %) zusammen.
