E‑UNITY ist das E-Commerce-Geschäftsfeld der SV Gruppe. Unter der Dachmarke vereinen wir Onlinehandel, Marktplätze, personalisierte Produktion und Fulfillment. Zu unserem Portfolio gehören u. a. TassenDruck, Schwäbische Shop, Nordkurier Shop und GOOD-STOCK.

Für die Weiterentwicklung unseres zentralen Einkaufs suchen wir einen Senior Einkäufer / Strategic Buyer E-Commerce (m/w/d) in Vollzeit am Standort Berlin., der unsere Subbrands übergreifend betreut und Einkauf nicht nur administriert, sondern aktiv gestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du verantwortest den strategischen und operativen Einkauf für unsere Marken und stellst wettbewerbsfähige Konditionen, eine hohe Warenverfügbarkeit sowie wirtschaftliche Bestände sicher.
  • Du identifizierst, entwickelst und betreust nationale sowie internationale Lieferanten und führst Preis-, Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen.
  • Du analysierst Beschaffungsmärkte, Kostenstrukturen und Trends, leitest Optimierungspotenziale ab und setzt Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung um.
  • Du verantwortest Bedarfsplanung, Disposition und Bestandsmanagement und berücksichtigst dabei Absatzprognosen, Saisonalitäten und Kampagnen.
  • Du begleitest neue Produkte von der Lieferantenauswahl bis zur erfolgreichen Beschaffung und arbeitest dabei eng mit internen Fachbereichen zusammen.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Compliance- und Dokumentationsanforderungen sicher und koordinierst internationale Beschaffungen einschließlich Importabwicklung.
  • Du pflegst relevante Stammdaten und Kennzahlen im ERP-System und entwickelst Prozesse und Strukturen im Einkauf kontinuierlich weiter.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen und operativen Einkauf, idealerweise im E-Commerce-, Handels- oder Konsumgüterumfeld.
  • Erfahrung in Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie im Aufbau und Management von Lieferanten.
  • Gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, Bedarfsplanung und Bestandsmanagement.
  • Erfahrung in der internationalen Beschaffung sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Qualität und Compliance.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Excel; KI- und Analysetools sind ein Plus.
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerisches Denken.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Qualifikation.

Vergütung

Für diese Position ist ein Jahreszielgehalt in einer Bandbreite von ca. 50.000 € bis 60.000 € vorgesehen. Die tatsächliche Einordnung erfolgt abhängig von Qualifikation, relevanter Berufserfahrung und individuellem Beitrag zur Position. Das Jahreszielgehalt setzt sich aus einem festen Grundgehalt (95 %) sowie einem variablen Bestandteil (5 %) zusammen.
