Somos líderes globais em operações de rebocadores e buscamos um profissional para atuar no suporte aos nossos escritórios e à frota marítima na região.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Instalar, configurar, manter e reparar equipamentos de hardware e software;
  • Prestar suporte técnico local e remoto aos usuários;
  • Apoiar a resolução de problemas relacionados a computadores, sistemas, celulares, impressoras, telefonia e conectividade;
  • Realizar manutenção e atualização dos equipamentos de TI;
  • Manter o controle de equipamentos, licenças e documentação dos processos;
  • Apoiar projetos regionais de tecnologia e atividades relacionadas à infraestrutura de TI;
  • Encaminhar chamados que necessitem de suporte especializado, garantindo agilidade na resolução.

Principais requisitos:

  • Experiência em suporte técnico de TI;
  • Conhecimento em hardware, software, redes e conectividade;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de atendimento aos usuários;
  • Organização e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Conhecimento em redes Wi-Fi, equipamentos Cisco, Ubiquiti ou Meraki será considerado um diferencial;
  • Experiência com conectividade 4G/5G e fibra óptica será um diferencial.
