Swagelok, fort de ses moyens de production et d'approvisionnement, s'appuie sur son réseau de distributeurs exclusifs pour être en mesure de créer des solutions à valeur ajoutée pour ses clients et proposer l'assistance technique associée.

Le poste :

Distributeur pour le Nord de la France, Swagelok Paris recherche un(e) Commercial(e) pour la région Hauts-de-France (départements 02, 59, 60, 62 et 80).

Une résidence dans la région Hauts-de-France est idéalement souhaitée.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial, vous avez la charge du développement du chiffre d'affaires Produits et Services sur un portefeuille de clients identifiés, pour les composants de la gamme Swagelok.

Votre mission consistera :

Développement commercial

  • Établir un PAC (plan d'action commercial) afin d'assurer une présence régulière chez les clients du portefeuille
  • Prospecter et développer les marchés cibles sur votre secteur
  • Développer le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité du secteur
  • Etablir des contacts au plus haut niveau de l'entreprise

Relation clients et expertise technique

  • Être l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des clients
  • Être un(e) référent(e) expert(e) dans le domaine des systèmes fluides
  • Être en mesure de définir des P&ID (Plan Instrumentation et Diagram) des systèmes fluides
  • Élaborer et suivre les offres commerciales
  • Accueillir les clients et assurer les échanges sur site

Outils et coordination

  • Assurer le suivi des activités via les outils de reporting (CRM, ERP)
  • Maintenir un lien ponctuel avec l'usine basée aux États-Unis

Profil recherché

Issu(e) idéalement d'une formation Bac +5 à dominante technique (mécanique, génie industriel ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel, et disposez d'un anglais professionnel vous permettant d'évoluer dans un environnement international.
