Le poste

Dans le cadre de l'évolution de notre organisation et du déploiement de notre plan stratégique, nous créons un poste de Responsable Marketing afin d'accompagner notre développement. Ce rôle, aux responsabilités élargies, offre une vision globale et transverse de la fonction, avec un périmètre d'action complet.

Vous travaillerez en proximité directe avec le Directeur Commercial et la Direction Générale, au cœur de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale et marketing de Swagelok Paris.

Vos principales missions :

  • Définir et piloter le plan marketing annuel : objectifs, budget, actions, KPI.
  • Réaliser des études de marché, analyses concurrentielles et veille stratégique.
  • Concevoir et animer la stratégie digitale : site web, réseaux sociaux, SEO/GEO, campagnes Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads.
  • Définir et piloter la stratégie de contenu : création de newsletters, vidéos, cas clients, articles, et contenus à forte valeur ajoutée pour soutenir la visibilité et la génération de leads.
  • Mettre en place des outils d'aide à la vente (présentations, cas clients, argumentaires, supports commerciaux).
  • Déployer des campagnes crosscanal et les actions marketing du groupe au niveau local.
  • Développer l'image de marque interne et externe.
  • Diversifier les sources de prospection et optimiser les actions d'acquisition.
  • Organiser salons, webinaires, conférences, portes ouvertes...
  • Mettre en place des stratégies de lead nurturing et lead scoring.
  • Suivre et analyser les KPI marketing, proposer des optimisations.
  • Gérer les outils digitaux (CRM marketing, automatisation) et le budget
  • Contribution au Système de Management Intégré (Qualité/Sécurité/Environnement) : gestion responsable des documents, sobriété énergétique, bonnes pratiques de sécurité.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+3/5 Marketing/Communication/Digital/Commerce
  • Min. 8 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Maîtrise des outils digitaux et marketing
  • Anglais courant indispensable lu, parlé et écrit
  • Organisation, créativité, autonomie, force de proposition, réactivité, esprit d'analyse
