Deine täglichen Aufgaben:

Als Empfangsmitarbeiter übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserer Kanzlei und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos abläuft. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Mandanten sowie Besucher
  • Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonaten
  • Organisation und Koordination von Terminen
  • Bearbeitung des Posteingangs und -ausgangs
  • Verwaltung von Konferenzräumen und Organisation von Meetings
  • Unterstützung des Teams in administrativen Aufgaben

Eckdaten zur Stelle:

  • Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit, Montag bis Freitag
  • Beginn: Ab sofort oder nach Absprache
  • Urlaubstage: 30

  • Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung am Empfang oder im Kundenservice.
  • Du bringst ein freundliches Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung mit.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
