Deine täglichen Aufgaben:

Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eigenverantwortlich die steuerliche und rechtliche Betreuung unserer Mandanten übernehmen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

  • Gestaltungsberatung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller steuerlicher Gestaltungskonzepte.
  • Laufende Steuerberatung: Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen, betrieblichen Steuererklärungen sowie die Beratung in steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Rechtsberatung: Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation, Betreuung und Beratung in rechtlichen Angelegenheiten, insbesondere im Steuerrecht.
  • Unterstützung bei Umstrukturierungen und M&A-Projekten: Begleitung und Beratung unserer Mandanten bei Unternehmensumwandlungen und anderen strategischen Entscheidungen.
  • Mandantenkommunikation: Direkter Kontakt zu unseren Mandanten zur Besprechung von steuerlichen und rechtlichen Themen sowie zur Entwicklung von Lösungen, die auf ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind.
